Ingredients tab helps you to organize and keep track of your ingredients by categories. Make sure you keep track of what is in your kitchen by selecting “In stock”, “Limited Quantity” or “Out of Stock” correctly in order to get an exact automatic shopping list whenever you put any of your recipes using the ingredients in the Meal Plan database. Link to the planned meal will appear in “Planroll” tab. You can add new ingredients as you get them into your kitchen, or as you add new recipes (write down an ingredient and select “Add new” from the dropdown).
